What is the status of my withdrawal request?

You can view the status of your withdrawal request in the 'History' section of your account by clicking on the 'Withdrawals' tab. 

Bear in mind that you can only cancel your withdrawal if the withdrawal status is ‘Enqueued’. 

To cancel your pending withdrawal request, simply click on the cancel button and confirm your request in a pop-up window.
